తెలంగాణలోని వివిధ గురుకుల విద్యాలయ సంస్థల్లో జూనియర్‌ లెక్చరర్‌ (జేఎల్‌) పోస్టుల భర్తీకి తెలంగాణ రెసిడెన్షియల్‌ ఎడ్యుకేషనల్‌ ఇన్‌స్టిట్యూషన్స్‌ రిక్రూట్‌మెంట్‌ బోర్డు (టీఆర్‌ఈఐఆర్‌బీ) ప్రకటనను విడుదల చేసింది. పీజీ, బీఎడ్‌ ఉన్నవారు వీటికి పోటీ పడవచ్చు.

సబ్జెక్టులు: తెలుగు, ఇంగ్లిష్‌, ఉర్దూ, మ్యాథమేటిక్స్‌, ఫిజిక్స్‌, కెమిస్ట్రీ, బోటనీ, జువాలజీ, ఎకనామిక్స్‌, కామర్స్‌, సివిక్స్‌, హిస్టరీ
అర్హత: సంబంధిత సబ్జెక్టుల్లో కనీసం 50 (ఎస్సీ, ఎస్టీ, దివ్యాంగులైతే 45) శాతం మార్కులతో పోస్ట్‌ గ్రాడ్యుయేషన్‌ ఉత్తీర్ణతతోపాటు బ్యాచిలర్‌ ఆఫ్‌ ఎడ్యుకేషన్‌ (బీఎడ్‌) లేదా బీఏ, బీఎడ్‌/ బీఎస్సీ, బీఎడ్‌ ఉండాలి.
వయసు:  జులై 1, 2018 నాటికి 18 - 44 ఏళ్ల మధ్య ఉండాలి. ఎస్సీ, ఎస్టీ, బీసీలకు అయిదేళ్లు;  దివ్యాంగులకు పదేళ్లు గరిష్ఠ వయసులో సడలింపులు వర్తిస్తాయి.
ఎంపిక: రాతపరీక్ష, డెమాన్‌స్ట్రేషన్‌ ఆధారంగా.
రాత పరీక్ష విధానం
రాతపరీక్షలో మూడు పేపర్లు ఉంటాయి. లాంగ్వేజీలు మినహా మిగతా సబ్జెక్టులకు మూడు పేపర్లూ ఇంగ్లిష్‌ మీడియంలో ఇస్తారు. అన్ని సబ్జెక్టుల వారికీ పేపర్‌-1, 2 కామన్‌గా ఉంటాయి. రుణాత్మక మార్కులు ఉన్నాయి.  తప్పుగా గుర్తించిన ప్రతీ సమాధానానికీ ఆ ప్రశ్నకు కేటాయించిన మార్కుల్లో నాలుగో వంతు తగ్గిస్తారు. ప్రశ్నలన్నీ ఆబ్జెక్టివ్‌ తరహాలో ఉంటాయి. మూడు పేపర్లలోనూ చూపిన ప్రతిభ ఆధారంగా అభ్యర్థులకు 1:2 నిష్పత్తిలో ధ్రువపత్రాల పరిశీలనకు ఆహ్వానిస్తారు.

* పేపర్‌ - 1: ఇందులో జనరల్‌ స్టడీస్‌, జనరల్‌ ఎబిలిటీస్‌, ఇంగ్లిష్‌ బేసిక్‌ ప్రొఫిషియన్సీ నుంచి వంద ప్రశ్నలు వస్తాయి. వీటికి వంద మార్కులు కేటాయించారు. పరీక్ష వ్యవధి రెండు గంటలు.
* పేపర్‌-2: పెడగోజీ అంశాలపై వంద ప్రశ్నలు వంద మార్కులకు ఉంటాయి.  పరీక్ష వ్యవధి రెండు గంటలు.
* పేపర్‌-3: అభ్యర్థి ఎంచుకున్న సబ్జెక్టు నుంచి ప్రశ్నలు ఇస్తారు. వంద ప్రశ్నలకు వంద మార్కులు. రెండు గంటల వ్యవధి ఉంటుంది. డెమాన్‌స్ట్రేషన్‌కి 25 మార్కులు కేటాయించారు. మొత్తం 325 మార్కులకు పరీక్ష నిర్వహిస్తారు. దరఖాస్తులను ఆన్‌లైన్‌లో ఆగస్టు 9 నుంచి సెప్టెంబరు 8 వరకు స్వీకరిస్తారు. పరీక్ష తేదీని ఇంకా ప్రకటించలేదు.

దేశ రక్షణకు సంబంధించిన ఉద్యోగాలు... పైగా ఆకర్షణీయ వేతనాలు! యువతకు ఇప్పుడో చక్కని అవకాశం వచ్చింది. కష్టపడి సిద్ధమైతే పదోతరగతితోనే కేంద్ర కొలువులకు ఎంపిక కావొచ్చు! కేంద్రప్రభుత్వ అధీనంలోని వివిధ రక్షణ సంస్థలైన బోర్డర్‌ సెక్యూరిటీ ఫోర్స్‌, సెంట్రల్‌ రిజర్వ్‌ పోలీస్‌ ఫోర్స్‌, సెంట్రల్‌ ఇండస్ట్రియల్‌ సెక్యూరిటీ ఫోర్స్‌లలోని కానిస్టేబుల్‌, రైఫిల్‌మన్‌ కొలువుల భర్తీ జరగబోతోంది. స్టాఫ్‌ సెలక్షన్‌ కమిషన్‌ విడుదల చేసిన ఈ నోటిఫికేషన్‌ ద్వారా 54,953 ఉద్యోగాలు భర్తీ కానున్నాయి. ప్రతి విభాగంలోనూ మహిళల కోసం కొన్ని పోస్టులు కేటాయించటం విశేషం!
కేంద్ర సాయుధ పోలీసు బలగాల్లోని పోస్టులకు దరఖాస్తు చేయాలంటే పదో తరగతి (లేదా) సమానమైన కోర్సు పూర్తి చేసి ఉండాలి. నిర్దిష్ట శారీరక ప్రమాణాలతో ఉండటం తప్పనిసరి. రాష్ట్రాల ఆధారంగా పోస్టులను భర్తీ చేస్తారు. రాష్ట్రాలవారీగా పోస్టుల వివరాలు ఇంకా ప్రకటించలేదు. ఆంధ్రప్రదేశ్‌, తెలంగాణల్లో ఎన్ని పోస్టులున్నాయో తెలుసుకోవడానికి స్టాఫ్‌ సెలక్షన్‌ వెబ్‌సైట్‌ను గమనిస్తుండాలి.
18 - 23 సంవత్సరాల వయసున్న అభ్యర్థులు పోటీపడవచ్చు. అయితే..
* ఎస్సీ/ఎస్టీ కేటగిరీ అభ్యర్థులకు 5 సంవత్సరాల మినహాయింపు ఉంది.
* ఓబీసీ కేటగిరీ అభ్యర్థులకు 3 సంవత్సరాల మినహాయింపు ఉంది.
* అంగవైకల్యం కలిగిన అభ్యర్థులకు అర్హత లేదు.
అర్హత కల్గిన అభ్యర్థులు రూ.100 దరఖాస్తు ఫీజు చెల్లించి ఆన్‌లైన్‌ అప్లికేషన్‌ పంపుకోవచ్చు. మహిళా అభ్యర్థులు, ఎస్సీ/ఎస్టీ కేటగిరీ అభ్యర్థులు ఫీజు చెల్లించే అవసరం లేదు. కేవలం ఆన్‌లైన్‌ ద్వారా ఈ పరీక్షకు దరఖాస్తు చేయవచ్చు.

ఎంపిక ప్రక్రియ నాలుగంచెల్లో ఉంటుంది. 1) ఫిజికల్‌ స్టాండర్డ్‌ టెస్ట్‌ 2) ఫిజికల్‌ ఎఫిషియన్సీ టెస్ట్‌ 3) రాత పరీక్ష 4) మెడికల్‌ పరీక్ష.
ఫిజికల్‌ పరీక్షల్లో అర్హులైన అభ్యర్థులకు రాత పరీక్ష నిర్వహిస్తారు.
రాత పరీక్ష ప్రశ్నలు ఇంగ్లిష్‌ లేదా హిందీ భాషలో వస్తాయి. ఈ పరీక్షలో కనీస అర్హత మార్కులు పొందితే మెడికల్‌ పరీక్ష నిర్వహిస్తారు. అన్ని అంచెల్లో అర్హత పొందినవారికి మెరిట్‌ ఆధారంగా పోస్టులను కేటాయిస్తారు.
ఫిజికల్‌ స్టాండర్డ్‌, ఎఫిషియన్సీ టెస్ట్‌ కోసం, 5 కిలోమీటర్లు, 1.6 కిలోమీటర్ల పరుగు, లాంగ్‌ జంప్‌, హై జంప్‌ ఇప్పటి నుంచే ప్రాక్టీస్‌ చేయాలి. ఫిజికల్‌ ఎడ్యుకేషన్‌ ట్రైనర్‌ ఆధ్వర్యంలో/పర్యవేక్షణలో సాధన చేస్తే మంచిది.
రిఫరెన్స్‌ పుస్తకాలు: అరిహంత్‌ పబ్లికేషన్‌, కిరణ్‌ ప్రకాషన్‌ పబ్లికేషన్‌, విద్యా పబ్లికేషన్‌, ఎస్‌.చంద్‌ పబ్లికేషన్‌, రేమండ్‌ మర్ఫీ గ్రామర్‌ బుక్‌, మాదిరి ప్రశ్నపత్రాలు.
ఏ విభాగం ఎలా?

జనరల్‌ ఇంటెలిజెన్స్‌:
నంబర్స్‌, లెటర్స్‌, బొమ్మల మీద ప్రశ్నలు వస్తాయి. వెన్‌ డయాగ్రామ్‌, అడ్రస్‌ మ్యాచింగ్‌, రోల్‌నంబర్‌ మ్యాచింగ్‌, బొమ్మలను పూర్తిచేయడం, పజిల్స్‌, రక్తసంబంధాలు, గడియారాలు, క్యాలండర్‌, సిల్లాజిజమ్‌, ఇన్‌పుట్‌-అవుట్‌పుట్‌, కోడింగ్‌-డీకోడింగ్‌, సీటింగ్‌ ఎరేంజ్‌మెంట్‌ అంశాల నుంచి 25 ప్రశ్నలు వస్తాయి.
వీటికి సరైన జవాబు గుర్తించాలంటే.. అభ్యర్థులు సృజనాత్మకత చూపాలి. బొమ్మల మీద వచ్చే ప్రశ్నల్లో ఒక చిన్న లాజిక్‌ ఆధారంగా ప్రశ్నకు సమాధానం సులువుగా రాబట్టవచ్చు. బొమ్మ పూర్తి చేసినప్పుడు దానిలో వృత్తం కానీ, చతురస్రం (లేదా) దీర్ఘచతురస్రం వంటి ఏదైనా ఒకటి కనపడే అవకాశాలు ఉంటాయి. వాటి ఆధారంగా సమాధానాలు గుర్తించవచ్చు.
నంబర్‌ సిరీస్‌, అనాలజీ, కోడింగ్‌-డీకోడింగ్‌ అంశాల్లో ప్రశ్నలో ఉన్న నంబర్‌ను చూసే పద్ధతిని బట్టి సమాధానం రాకపోతే, సమయం వృథా చేయకూడదు. ఒక లాజిక్‌ ఆధారంగా సమాధానం రాకపోతే, సమయం వృథా చేయకుండా లాజిక్‌ మార్చి వేరే విధంగా ప్రయత్నించాలి.

ఈ విధంగా ఒక నంబర్‌ను చేసే విధానాన్ని మార్చుకుంటూ లాజిక్‌ పసిగట్టడం నేర్చుకోవాలి.
అడ్రస్‌ మ్యాచింగ్‌ ప్రశ్నల్లో నంబర్‌ 0ను లెటర్‌ ‘ఓ’కు తేడా గుర్తించాలి. చిన్న అక్షరాలు, పెద్ద అక్షరాల మధ్య వ్యత్యాసం, కామాలు, ఫుల్‌స్టాప్‌ల దగ్గర జాగ్రత్తగా ఉండాలి.
హైలెవల్‌ రీజనింగ్‌లో సిల్లాజిజమ్స్‌ ప్రశ్నలు వెన్‌-డయాగ్రామ్‌ ఆధారంగా నేర్చుకోవాలి. ఇంగ్లిష్‌ భాషపై పట్టుంటే హైలెవల్‌ రీజనింగ్‌ ప్రశ్నలు సులువుగా చేయవచ్చు. అందుబాటులో ఉన్న పుస్తకాల నుంచి వీలైనన్ని ఎక్కువ ప్రశ్నలు ప్రాక్టీస్‌ చేయాలి.
క్వాంటిటేటివ్‌ ఆప్టిట్యూడ్‌:
అభ్యర్థులు మొదటగా షార్ట్‌కట్‌ విధానంలో X, +, -, ÷ చేయడం నేర్చుకోవాలి. సాంప్రదాయిక పద్ధతి నుంచి బయటకు వచ్చి, పెన్‌ ఉపయోగించకుండా సింప్లిఫికేషన్‌ చేయడం అలవాటు చేసుకోవాలి.
అరిథ్‌మెటిక్‌ అంశాల్లో సమాధానం తీసుకురావడానికి కనీసం 4 రకాల విధానాలు ఉంటాయి. ప్రతి ప్రశ్నని 4 విధానాలుగా చేసి, దేనికి తక్కువ సమయం పడుతుందో తెలుసుకోవాలి. ఇచ్చిన ప్రశ్నకి తక్కువ సమయంలో సమాధానం గుర్తించడం చాలా ముఖ్యం. కాబట్టి అభ్యర్థుల దృష్టి .. సమాధానం మీద కాకుండా ఏ విధానంలో చేస్తే తక్కువ సమయం పడుతుందో తెలుసుకోవడం మీద ఉండాలి. చాప్టర్‌ వేరైనప్పటికీ లాజిక్‌ ఒకటే ఉంటుంది. అలా చాప్టర్ల మధ్య పోలికలు, తేడాలు గుర్తిస్తూ ప్రిపేర్‌ అవ్వాలి.
అరిథ్‌మెటిక్‌ ప్రశ్నలను రోజువారీ దినచర్యలో భాగంగా ఉండే అంశాలతో ముడిపెడుతూ ఆలోచించడం అలవాటు చేసుకోవాలి. అలా చేస్తే ఫార్ములాల అవసరం లేకుండా సమాధానాలు గుర్తించవచ్చు. పెన్‌ ఉపయోగించకుండా కొన్ని రోజులు సాధన చేస్తే అద్భుతమైన మెరుగుదల ఉంటుంది.
మేథమేటిక్స్‌ అంశాల్లో ఆల్జీబ్రా, త్రికోణమితి అంశాల ప్రశ్నలను సబ్సిట్యూషన్‌ విధానం ఉపయోగిస్తే సులువుగా సమాధానాలు గుర్తించవచ్చు.
అన్ని అంశాలకు సంబంధించిన ఫార్ములాలను పట్టికగా తయారు చేసుకోవాలి. వీలైనన్ని ఎక్కువసార్లు చదివి వాటిని గుర్తుంచుకోవాలి.
జనరల్‌ ఎవేర్‌నెస్‌:
నోటిఫికేషన్‌ సమయం దగ్గర నుంచి పరీక్ష తేదీ ముందురోజు వరకూ ప్రతిరోజూ దినపత్రిక చదువుతుండాలి. వాటిలో కరెంట్‌ అపైర్స్‌ అంశాల్లోని ముఖ్యమైనవి నోట్స్‌ తయారు చేసుకోవాలి. ఆయా అంశాల నుంచి ఏ విధంగా ప్రశ్న అడగటానికి అవకాశం ఉంటుందో ఆలోచిస్తూ సొంతగా ప్రశ్నలు తయారుచేసుకోవడం అలవాటు చేసుకోవాలి.
8, 9, 10 తరగతుల పాఠ్యాంశాలలోని జాగ్రఫీ, హిస్టరీ, ఎకానమీ, పాలిటీ, ఫిజిక్స్‌, కెమిస్ట్రీ, జువాలజీ అంశాలు చదువుకోవాలి. వాటికి సంబంధించిన నోట్్స తయారు చేసుకోవాలి.
ఇంగ్లిష్‌ లాంగ్వేజ్‌:
ఇంగ్లిష్‌ సబ్జెక్ట్‌ కాదు. భాష. దీని మీద పట్టు సాధించాలంటే మాట్లాడటం, చదవడం, ఇంగ్లిష్‌ వార్తలు వినడం చేయాలి. ఇందుకోసం రోజుకు కనీసం గంట సమయం కేటాయించాలి. ఇంగ్లిష్‌ గ్రామర్‌లోని నియమాలు నేర్చుకోవాలి. పదాలకు అర్థం తెలుసుకోవాలి. వాటిని ఉపయోగిస్తూ ఇంగ్లిష్‌లో మాట్లాడటం మొదలుపెట్టాలి. రీడింగ్‌ కాంప్రహెన్షన్‌, క్లోజ్‌ టెస్ట్‌ ప్రశ్నలు సమాధానాలు గుర్తించాలంటే ప్రశ్నల్లో ఇచ్చిన సమాచారం తక్కువ సమయంలో చదివి అర్థం చేసుకోవాలి. అంటే రీడింగ్‌ స్కిల్‌ పెంపొందించుకోవాలి.
రేమండ్‌ మర్ఫీ గ్రామర్‌ పుస్తకాన్ని చదివితే ఇంగ్లిష్‌ భాషపై పట్టు సాధించవచ్చు. చేసిన తప్పులు సరిచేసుకుంటూ, తిరిగి ఆ తప్పులు చేయకుండా జాగ్రత్త పడాలి.

గుర్తుంచుకోండి!
* ప్రతీ విభాగంలోని ప్రశ్నలు చదివి, అందులో సులభమైనవాటిని ముందు ఎంచుకోవాలి.
* ఒకే ప్రశ్నకు ఎక్కువ సమయం వృథా చేయకూడదు.
* జవాబు రాకపోయినా, ప్రశ్న అర్థం కాకపోయినా ప్రశ్నను విడిచిపెట్టాలి.
* పట్టు ఉన్న అంశాల నుంచి వచ్చిన ప్రశ్నలను ముందు ఎంచుకోవాలి.
* అంశాలవారీగా పట్టు సాధించాలి. ముఖ్యవిషయాలు, ఫార్ములాలను పట్టిక రూపంలో రాసుకోవటం మేలు..
* కరెంట్‌ అఫైర్స్‌ నోట్స్‌ తయారు చేసుకోవాలి.
* తప్పులు సరిచేసుకోవాలి.
* రోజువారీ వ్యాయామంతోపాటు, ఫిజికల్‌ పరీక్షలో ఉన్న పరుగుపందెం, లాంగ్‌జంప్‌, హైజంప్‌లను ప్రాక్టీస్‌ చేయాలి.
